WHO I AM
Hey, I’m Catherine — but most people know me as Cat.
I’m a mum of four boys, which means life is often full-on, loud, and a little chaotic… but honestly, I wouldn’t have it any other way.
For most of my life, I was morbidly obese. At my heaviest, I weighed around 24 stone. Like many, I started out on the classic diet train — Slimming World, endless cardio, cutting everything out. And while I did lose a lot of weight, eventually, I hit a wall. I was exhausted, overtrained, and stuck.
That’s when everything changed.
I hired a personal trainer — and from the first time I picked up a barbell, I was hooked. Weight training gave me strength, not just physically but mentally. I thought, “Why didn’t I know about this sooner?” I eventually lost around 13 stone.
That moment sent me down a completely new path. I went to college, qualified as a personal trainer, and started my mission to help others create real, lasting change — just like I did.
What I Do Now
I work with everyday amazing people — just like I was — who feel lost, stuck, or like they’ve tried everything. My coaching is rooted in my own transformation but built around six powerful pillars:

This isn’t a “before and after” story. It’s an evolution. I help my clients build strong, confident, healthy lives through coaching that’s realistic, supportive, and sustainable.
I LOVE what I do — because I know what it’s like to feel unhappy in your body, overwhelmed by change, and unsure where to start.
And I also know what it feels like to come out the other side.
So now I help people feel as strong and proud as I do — in everyday life aswell as the gym.
